Hi, and thank you for choosing my mobile massage therapy services! To make sure everything runs smoothly and comfortably for both of us, please take a moment to read through the following terms.

Service Area & Travel
I'm based in the New Plymouth area. If you're outside this region, a small travel fee may apply—just ask when booking and I’ll confirm any additional cost.

Bookings & Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows may be charged in full.

Preparing for Your Appointment
Please make sure there’s a quiet, clean space available with enough room to set up the massage table. If there are stairs, limited parking, or pets at home, just let me know ahead of time.

Health & Safety
Let me know if you’re feeling unwell, or have any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your session. If you’re pregnant or recently postpartum, I recommend checking with your healthcare provider before receiving massage therapy.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of your session. I accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile payment options. Any applicable travel fee will be added to the total.

Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal and health information shared is kept private and confidential. Your comfort and trust are important to me, and your information is always handled with care and respect.

Late Arrivals
If you're running late, I’ll do my best to give you as much of your session as possible. However, the session may need to be shortened to stay on schedule, and the full fee will still apply.

Right to Refuse Treatment
I reserve the right to cancel or end a session if there are any safety, health, or conduct concerns. This helps ensure a respectful and safe experience for both of us.
